This blog was created for my 10th grade Personal Project at Quaker Valley High School. Entries to this blog will be about locally-owned restaurants in Pittsburgh. None of the restaurants will be chains, so the project can better support small, local businesses here in Pittsburgh. Each restaurant will be critiqued on their food, atmosphere, price, waitstaff, and ability accommodate specific dietary needs. Pictures will be included in the blog as well.
